Ingredients
- 1 Large slice sourdough
- ½ Large avocado
- 2 tsp Fresh lemon juice
- ½ Persian cucumber
- 1 Large egg
- ¼ cup Finely shredded sharp cheddar
- 1 Finger lime, or lime zest
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Flaky salt
- Black pepper

- Step 5Add the cucumber ribbons and crispy cheddar eggs to the toast. Finish with finger lime pearls, edible flowers, flaky salt, pepper, and a light drizzle of olive oil.
