Legal
Privacy Policy
Dine in Colors is a recipe website. This page explains, in plain language, what information the site handles and why.
What the site collects
You don’t need an account to use Dine in Colors, and the site doesn’t set advertising or tracking cookies.
Like every website, our hosting provider (Vercel) processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type in order to deliver pages and keep the site secure.
Saved recipes
When you save a recipe, it is stored only in your own browser. It is never sent to us, and clearing your browser data removes it.
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message, and we use them only to reply.
Videos and links
Recipe videos are embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode or from Vimeo with Do Not Track enabled, and they load only when you scroll to them. Links to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
Analytics
We don’t currently use analytics or advertising pixels. If we add them, we will update this page first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing thedineincolors@gmail.com.
Children
This site is meant for a general audience and doesn’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date below.
