Blackberry Feta Checkerboard

Ingredients

8 oz Block feta
18 to 24 Large blackberries
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 to 2 tsp Balsamic glaze
1 to 2 tsp Honey
Fresh mint leaves
Freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions

Step 1Lightly drizzle the olive oil and balsamic glaze onto a flat serving platter where you’ll build the checkerboard
Step 2Pat the feta dry, then cut it into cubes roughly the same size as your blackberries
Step 3Arrange the feta and blackberries in alternating rows to create a checkerboard pattern
Step 4Drizzle lightly with honey
Step 5Finish with fresh mint and cracked black pepper
