  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • Freshly cracked black pepper

Homemade Caesar dressing

  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Garlic clove, finely grated
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 anchovy fillet, finely mashed (optional but recommended)
  • 1 to 2 tbsp Water, as needed
  • Freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions

Homemade Caesar dressing

  1. Step 1In the bottom of a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Parmesan, lemon juice, garlic, Dijon, Worcestershire, and mashed anchovies. Whisk until creamy and well combined. Add 1 to 2 tbsp water to thin as needed and season with black pepper

Sandwich

  1. Step 2Slice the baguettes lengthwise and brush the cut sides with olive oil. Lightly dampen the outside of the baguettes with water. Toast in a 400°F oven for 5 minutes until golden and crispy. While warm, rub the cut sides with the garlic clove
  2. Step 3Add the shredded rotisserie chicken, finely chopped romaine, and Parmesan directly to the bowl with the dressing. Toss until everything is evenly coated
  3. Step 4Pile the chicken Caesar mixture generously onto the toasted baguettes. Finish with extra Parmesan and freshly cracked black pepper
  4. Step 5Close the sandwiches, gently press down, and slice each baguette into 2 to 3 portions. Serve immediately while the bread is still crispy!

Tips

Toss the chicken and romaine with the dressing right before assembling to keep everything crunchy and fresh
