Watermelon Sorbet

They said just eat the fruit… I said nah, we’re turning it into sorbet.
Only 3 ingredients. No dairy, no refined sugar, no fancy gadgets (just a food processor).

 

Serves: 4

Time: 10 minutes

  • INGREDIENTS

    ½ a Seedless watermelon, cubed and frozen

    2 tbsp Maple syrup

    1 Lime's worth of juice

    Waffle cone (optional)

  • INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Add frozen watermelon, lime juice, and maple syrup to a food processor.
    2. Blend! It’ll look like crushed ice at first, keep going. After a few minutes, it’ll turn silky and sorbet-like (I did it in 2 batches)
    3. Scoop into a cone or bowl and enjoy immediately
