Strawberries & Cream Chia Pudding

Only 4 ingredients for the creamiest, fiber-packed breakfast, snack, or dessert. The texture? Unreal. And yes… it works

 

Serves: 3 jars

Time: 15 minutes

  • INGREDIENTS

    1 lb strawberries, stems removed

    2 cups sweetened almond milk

    ⅓ cup maple syrup  

    2 ½ tbsp chia seeds per jar

    Shaved chocolate (topping)

  • INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Blend the strawberries, almond milk, and maple syrup until smooth
    2. Pour over chia seeds in each jar, stir well or shake, and refrigerate overnight
    3. Top with shaved chocolate and extra strawberries
