Hosting this season? Save this one ASAP, because these little cuties are a winner. They’re festive, fresh, crunchy, and ready in under 20 minutes. Perfect for holiday parties, girls’ nights, date nights, or any “impress without the stress” moment. And yes… you can totally make them vegetarian. Just skip the shrimp and load up that Green Goddess goodness

 

Serves: 6 to 24 cups

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes (7 minutes for wonton cups and about 3-4 minutes for shrimp)

Total Time: 20 minutes

  • INGREDIENTS

    Wontons:

    24 Wonton wraps

    Avocado oil spray

     

    Shrimp:

    ½ lbs Shrimp

    ½ tsp Paprika

    ¼ tsp Garlic powder

    1⁄8 tsp Onion powder

    Salt

    Pepper

    ½ Lime's worth of juice

     

    Salad:

    ½ English cucumber

    1 Large avocado, cubed

    1 cup Edamame

    2 Green onions, sliced

    4 Shishito peppers, sliced

    1 ½ tbsp Soy sauce

    1 tsp Sesame oil

    1 ½ tsp Rice vinegar

    Sesame seeds

    1 pinch of Salt

    1 Lime's worth of juice

  • INSTRUCTIONS

    Hosting Tip:Make the salad and shrimp ahead, then assemble right before guests arrive so everything stays crisp and fresh!

     

    Wontons:

    1. Press wontons into a muffin tin, spray, and bake at 350°F (no fan) for 7 minutes until golden and crispy

    Salad:

    1. Mix Salad Ingredients together

     

    Shrimp:

    1. Season the shrimp and cook for 2 minutes per side

     

    Assemble:

    1. Let the cups cool, fill with salad, and top with shrimp
