Seafood Tower

Build your own luxe seafood tower at home—shrimp, crab, and lobster steamed to perfection and served with lemon butter. Fancy, easy, and delicious!

 

Serves: 4–6
Time: 30 minutes

  • INGREDIENTS

     Shrimp (cooked, peeled, tail-on)

     Snow crab clusters 

     Lobster tails 

     Cocktail sauce 

     3 lemons (for steaming & serving) 

     3 garlic cloves, crushed

     2 tsp Cajun seasoning

     1 tsp celery seeds

     2 bay leaves

     Few peppercorns

     4 tbsp butter

     Capers (optional)

     Fresh parsley & dill 

  • INSTRUCTIONS

    1.  Defrost, clean, and prep all seafood.
    2.  In a pot, combine 2 cups water with chopped lemon, garlic, Cajun seasoning, bay leaves, celery seeds, and peppercorns. Bring to a boil.
    3.  Place seafood on a steaming rack meat-side up. Steam for 8 minutes.
    4.  Melt butter and mix with garlic, parsley, and lemon for a dip. For spicy dip, use Cajun seasoning.
    5.  Stack seafood around cocktail sauce. Garnish with lemon, capers, and herbs. Enjoy every bite!
