Pomegranate Yogurt Bowl

My current breakfast fixation, and officially no more pomegranate crime scenes.
Try it once and you’ll crave it every morning. It’s like dessert for breakfast, and I love the crunch!

 

Serves: 1

Prep Time: 7 minutes

Cook Time: 4 minutes

Total Time: 11 minutes

  • INGREDIENTS

    1 cup Whole milk yogurt (I’m obsessed with the Orange Blossom Honey one from Fermiere)

     4 tbsp Pomegranate seeds


    1 Banana 

    A little butter

    A sprinkle of cinnamon

    A handful of walnuts or granola (I do both for the crunch)

    A drizzle of honey 

  • INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Sear banana in a little butter for 2 minutes per side
    2. Sprinkle with cinnamon
    3. Layer everything in a bowl and enjoy!
