One Pan Creamy Protein Pasta

This is your sign to stop overcomplicating dinner. One pan, creamy, high-protein, and made with simple ingredients you probably already have. It’s cozy, easy, and honestly SO good

Serves: 4

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cook time: 20 minutes

Total time: 30 minutes

  • INGREDIENTS

    1 Small onion, finely diced
    1 lb Ground beef
    2 Garlic cloves

    Salt

    Pepper

    Paprika

    Dried sage

    2 tbsp Tomato paste
1 (15 oz) can Crushed tomatoes
2 cups Broth (chicken or beef)
8 oz Pasta (any pasta works)
    ¾ cup Cream
    ¼ cup Grated parmesan
¼ cup Water, as needed to loosen sauce
    Fresh chives, for topping

  • INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Heat a large pan over medium heat with a little oil. Sauté onion until soft, then add ground beef. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and sage, and cook until browned. Stir in garlic and tomato paste and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant
    2. Add crushed tomatoes, broth, and pasta. Make sure the pasta is mostly covered in liquid (add water if it’s not covered). Bring to a gentle simmer
    3. Cover and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender. If the sauce gets too thick, add a splash of water as needed to loosen
    4. Stir in cream and parmesan until smooth and creamy. Let it thicken for a few minutes. Taste, adjust seasoning, and finish with lots of parmesan and fresh chives
