Mediterranean Girl Dinner

I’ve been obsessed with this little Mediterranean snack plate lately. It’s so easy, so fresh, and somehow hits every single time. Perfect for lazy girl dinners or those nights when you want something light but still super satisfying. And the best part? It's simple flavors that make you feel amazing

 

Serves: 1

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 4 minutes (Halloumi)

Total Time: 14 minutes (or about 22 minutes if adding boiled eggs)

  • INGREDIENTS

    Seared halloumi with hot honey and sesame seeds

    Beet hummus

    Sangak Multi-Seed Crackers

    Carrot and Cucumber slices

    Labneh with za'atar, olive oil, pomegranate molasses and pomegranate seeds

    Extra pomegranate seeds (because I’m addicted)

    Sliced apples

    Pickled beets

     

    Optional:

    1–2 boiled eggs (8 minutes) with sesame seeds 

  • INSTRUCTIONS

    Halloumi:

    1. Just add cubed halloumi into a dry pan and sear for about 2 minutes per side. (Anything longer and it gets hard and chewy… and we’re not doing that)
