Japanese Yogurt Cheesecake
Had to try this viral 2-ingredient hack, and it’s actually so satisfying. I just wanted a little more flavor, so I mixed in fresh strawberries and strawberry preserves and it was PERFECT!!

PSA: It works best with Biscoff, but you can also use a thicker cookie (like Oreos). And yes… the cookies are a little calorie high but it’s worth it. Just have a smaller portion
