Hot Honey Salmon Bowl

Crispy, air-fried salmon tossed in a hot honey sauce, served with rice, crunchy veggies, and the dreamiest spicy mayo. It’s high-protein, super easy, and honestly? Kinda addictive. Save this one!

 

Serves: 2

Time: 30 minutes

  • INGREDIENTS

    Spicy Mayo:

    ½ cup Mayo
    2 tbsp Sriracha
    ½ Lime's worth of juice
    1 tsp Toasted sesame oil

     

    Salmon:

    1½ lbs Salmon, skin removed and cut into 1-inch cubes

    Oil spray
    ⅓ cup Panko
    ⅓ cup Plain breadcrumbs
    1 tsp Garlic powder
    1 tsp Paprika
    1 tsp Onion powder
    ½ tsp Salt
    ½ tsp Black pepper

     

    Hot Honey Sauce:

    2 tbsp Melted butter
    ¼ cup Hot honey (like Mike’s)
    ½ tsp Paprika or cayenne
    Pinch of salt if butter is unsalted

     

    Assembly:

    Cooked jasmine rice  or greens
    Cucumber 
    Carrot ribbons
    Edamame 
    Sesame seeds

  • INSTRUCTIONS

    Salmon:

    1. Mix breadcrumbs, panko, and seasonings. Toss with salmon chunks to coat

    2. Lightly grease the air fryer basket with oil spray. Air fry at 380°F for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy

     

    Hot Honey Sauce:

    3. Whisk together Hot Honey Sauce ingredients until smooth

     

    Spicy Mayo:

    4. Whisk together Spicy Mayo ingredients until smooth

     

    Assembly:

    5. Let salmon cool, then toss in the Hot Honey Sauce

    6. Build your bowl with rice, veggies, spicy mayo, and sesame seeds. Enjoy
