Egg Rose:
1. Whisk 3 eggs until super bubbly, add a pinch of salt
2. Over low medium heat, butter a small pan, pour eggs in
3. Let sit for 30 to 40 sec, then gently push side to side, tilting pan to spread uncooked egg
4. Roll into a rose, tilting the pan as you go. Off heat, let rest 20 seconds, season with pepper, then repeat for the second rose
