Dubai Chocolate Yogurt Cheesecake

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 6 hours 25 minutes (mostly hands-off)

  • INGREDIENTS

    2 containers La Fermière Vanilla Bean or Orange Blossom Honey yogurt
    4 Dark chocolate covered biscuits

    2 cups Shredded kataifi (knafeh shredded filo)

    1 tbsp Unsalted butter

    4 tbsp Pistachio crème
    2 tbsp Tahini

    Chopped pistachios

    Shaved dark chocolate

  • INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Add biscuits to the yogurt and let soak overnight or at least 6 hours
    2. Toast kataifi in butter until golden and crispy, about 10 minutes. Start on medium-high heat, then lower and watch closely so it doesn’t burn
    3. Let cool, then mix with pistachio crème and tahini until combined
    4. Spoon half of the mixture over the yogurt. Save the rest in the fridge for up to a week
    5. Top with crushed pistachios and shaved chocolate. Mix, break the chocolate inside, and enjoy
