Dragon Fruit Chia Pudding

She’s pink, she’s packed with fiber, and she works.
Only 5 ingredients for the dreamiest breakfast, snack, or dessert. The texture? So good. The color? Wait ‘til you see it.
Portion it out and breakfast is set for the week!

 

Serves: 4 jars

Time: 15 minutes

  • INGREDIENTS

    1 lb Strawberries, stems removed

    1 Red dragon fruit (fresh or 1 frozen smoothie packet)

    2 cups Milk of choice (I used Almond)

    ⅓ cup Maple syrup

    3 tbsp Chia seeds per jar

     

    Toppings:

    Yogurt

    Granola

    Rasperries

    Extra Dragon fruit

  • INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Blend strawberries, dragon fruit, milk, and maple until smooth
    2. Pour over chia seeds in jars, stir or shake, and chill overnight.
