Crudité Wreath

This festive crudité wreath is the ultimate holiday appetizer—fresh, colorful veggies served with a creamy herb dip. It's almost too pretty to eat... almost!

 

Serves: 6–8
Time: 25 minutes

  • INGREDIENTS

    Dip:

     1⁄2 cup sour cream

     1⁄3 cup mayonnaise

     2 tbsp herb seasoning

     

    Wreath:

     Carrots

     Celery

     Cucumber

     Bell pepper (cut into sticks) 

     Radishes (halved)

     Snap peas (halved)

     Romanesco broccoli 

     Broccolini

     Green beans

     5 Cherry tomatoes 

     Feta cheese & olives (seasoned w/ oregano + olive oil)

     Fresh oregano (for garnish)

  • INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Wash and prep all veggies: trim edges, peel if needed, and cut into sticks or halves.
    2.  Mix the dip: combine sour cream, mayo, and herb seasoning in a small bowl.
    3.  On a round platter, arrange the vegetables in a circular wreath shape—mirror each side for a balanced look.
    4.  Add small bowls of the herb dip, feta, and olives inside or around the wreath.
    5.  Garnish with fresh oregano and serve!
