Crispy Baked Wings

If these aren’t crispy, you can yell at me. But trust me, they WILL be.
No grease, no deep frying, just perfectly crunchy wings you can dunk in all the sauces. This is my go to high protein game day wing recipe and honestly an easy healthy dinner too

 

Serves: 6

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 30 to 40 minutes

Total Time: 1 hour

  • INGREDIENTS

    Wing Flavors:

    Buffalo

    Honey BBQ

    Garlic lemon pepper parmesan

     

    Wing Dry Rub:

    4 lbs Skin on party wings

    ½ cup Flour

     ¼ cup Cornstarch

    1 tsp Baking powder


    2 tsp Paprika

    2 tsp Garlic powder

    2 tsp Onion powder

    1½ tsp Salt

    ¼ tsp Black pepper

     

    High Protein Ranch:

    1 cup Greek yogurt

    2 tbsp Mayo

    1 tbsp Lemon juice

    A splash of Vinegar

    Garlic powder

    Onion powder

    Dried herbs

    Salt 

    Pepper

  • INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Pat the wings dry and let them air dry in the fridge for 30 minutes (this is the secret to that crunch)
    2. Spray a wire rack and place it on a parchment lined sheet pan
    3. Toss wings with the dry rub, shake off excess, place in a single layer, then spray lightly with avocado oil
    4. Bake at 425°F for 30 to 40 minutes, flipping halfway
    5. Build your wing board with carrots, celery, cucumbers, olives, sugar snap peas, and all the sauces
