Cottage Cheese Chocolate Strawberry Protein Crepes

Summer chocolate strawberry crepes that actually hit 35g protein. No weird texture. Cottage cheese makes them silky and soft

 

Serves: 2 (6 crepes)

Cook time: 15 minutes

Total time: 30 minutes

  • INGREDIENTS

    Crepes:

    1 cup Full-fat cottage cheese

    2 Eggs

    ¾ cup Milk

    1 cup All-purpose flour

    1 scoop Vanilla protein powder

    Pinch of salt

    Butter or cooking spray

     

    Toppings:

    1 cup Fresh strawberries

    3 tbsp Melted dark chocolate
     

  • INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Blend all crepe ingredients until smooth
    2. Let batter rest 10 minutes
    3. Off heat, pour ½ cup batter into a lightly greased nonstick skillet, swirling into a thin layer
    4. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, flip, and cook 1 minute more
    5. Repeat with remaining batter
    6. Top with strawberries and melted chocolate
