Coco Loco High-Protein Piña Colada Smoothie

This tastes like a piña colada smoothie from a smoothie bar, but it’s packed with protein and made at home for a fraction of the cost. Creamy, tropical, refreshing, and actually keeps you full… basically summer in a glass

 

Serves: 1

Time: 5 minutes

  • INGREDIENTS

    1 fresh or frozen Banana

    1 cup fresh or frozen Pineapple

    ¼ cup Vanilla cashew yogurt, or any vanilla yogurt

    3 tbsp Coconut cream

    1 scoop Vanilla protein powder

    ¼ to ½ cup Ice

     

    Optional Rim Swirl:

    Vanilla cashew yogurt

    tiny pinch of Blue spirulina

  • INSTRUCTIONS

    Smoothie:

    1. Blend everything until smooth and creamy

     

    Optional Rim Swirl:

    2. Mix a little yogurt with a tiny pinch of blue spirulina, then swirl it around the inside of the glass with a spoon

    3. Add a tiny pinch of spirulina for contrast, pour in your smoothie, and enjoy
