Chicken Alfredo Bake

Everything cooks in one dish in the oven. No stove, no mess, just cozy, creamy perfection. It’s the kind of dinner you make once and crave every week this season.

Serves: 6

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 50 minutes

Total Time: 60 minutes

  • INGREDIENTS

    Chicken:

    1½ Chicken breast or thighs, cubed

    1 tbsp Olive oil

    1 tbsp Butter

    1 tsp Garlic powder

    1 tsp Onion powder

    1 tsp Paprika

    Salt and pepper to taste

     

    Pasta and Sauce:

    10 oz Uncooked Penne or Gigli pasta

    3 cups Heavy cream 

    1 Large shallot, sliced thin

    1 cup Chicken broth

    1 cup Mozzarella (plus more for topping)

    1 tsp Italian seasoning 

    1½ cups Parmesan

    1 cup Baby spinach (optional but so good)

     

    Toppings:

    Mozzarella 

    Parmesan

    Parsley

  • INSTRUCTIONS

    Chicken:

    1. Combine Chicken Ingredients 
    2. Bake in a dish at 400°F for 18 minutes

     

    Sauce:

    1. Stir Pasta and Sauce Ingredients together in the dish with the cooked Chicken 
    2. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncovered

     

    Toppings:

    1. 
If everything isn’t fully covered in liquid, just give it a quick toss before adding the cheese, it’ll all come together perfectly
    2. Bake or broil for 5 to 7 minutes until golden and bubbly
    3. Let it rest for 5 minutes, sprinkle with parsley, and serve with steamed broccoli
