Banana Latte Yogurt Bowl

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 15 minutes

  • INGREDIENTS

    Granola:

    1 tbsp Butter

    ½ tbsp Honey

     ⅓ cup Oats

    1 Chopped date

    Coconut flakes

     

    Coffee Chia:

    1 shot Espresso

    2 tbsp Chia seeds

    1 tsp Vanilla bean paste

    3 tbsp Milk

    1 tbsp Yogurt

    1 tbsp Honey

     

    Assembly:

    1 cup Greek yogurt

    1 Banana

    1 tbsp Peanut or almond butter

    Grated dark chocolate

  • INSTRUCTIONS

    Coffee Chia:

    1. Mix all the coffee chia ingredients and put it in the fridge while you prep everything else

     

    Granola:

    1.  In a pan, melt the butter, then add the chopped date, oats, coconut, and honey. Cook until golden and toasty, about 10 minutes

     

    Assemble:

    1. Add yogurt to a bowl, make a little well in the center, spoon in the coffee chia, then top with sliced banana, granola, nut butter, and grated chocolate
