10-Minute Spicy Peanut Noodles

Calling all noodle lovers, this one’s for you! These spicy peanut noodles are creamy, nutty, and fiery in the best way. They come together in just 10 minutes with pantry staples, making them faster than takeout but just as addictive. Perfect for lunch, dinner, or whenever your noodle cravings hit.

 

Serves: 3 Bowls

Time: 10 minutes

  • INGREDIENTS

    Noodles: 

    12 oz Flat ramen noodles (or your favorite noodles)

    ½ cup Neutral oil (I used avocado oil)

    2 Green onions, sliced (for topping)
     

    Sauce:

    4 tbsp Smooth peanut butter

    3 ½ tbsp Soy sauce

    2 tbsp Dark soy sauce

    2 tsp Chinese black vinegar (or rice vinegar)

    1 tbsp Gochujang

    2 tsp Honey

    3 tsp Red pepper flakes (adjust spice level)

    1 tbsp Sesame seeds

    1 cup Green peas

    2 Garlic cloves, grated or pressed

  • INSTRUCTIONS

    1. In a heatproof bowl, combine all sauce ingredients
    2. Heat the oil (30–60 seconds), then carefully pour it over the sauce. Stir to combine into a rich, spicy peanut sauce
    3. Cook the noodles, then toss them straight into the sauce until fully coated.
    4. Top with green onions, extra sesame seeds, and enjoy!
